Our Process

Whether this is your first renovation or your 100th, ACC will be there for you every step of the way.

1. Initial meet & greet; design concept

During this phase, we will review the space you’d like to remodel, listen to your ideas, provide suggestions/considerations, and provide you with a rough cost estimate. You may provide budget numbers to help conceive design choices (such as stock cabinets versus custom made cabinets), but this is not required.

2. Send and accept project proposal

ACC will send you a budget proposal and cost estimate. We will try to anticipate any complexities in your project and reflect those in your cost estimate, so we will avoid any “gotcha” moments along the way.

3. Create design blueprint; select products

Once under contract, we will create a detailed design blueprint with measurements to get the exact specs of your remodel. We will also work with you to select and order products (such as cabinets, countertops, fixtures, tile, and appliances).

4. Begin work with a full-time crew

ACC will provide you with a detailed schedule and will begin work using a full-time, dedicated crew. We will not stop until the job is done and you are completely satisfied.
