We hired Al and his team to remodel our kitchen, living room and to help us with getting more space out of our small house. Al would not let me overspend on some of the grandiose ideas I had but rather came up with creative ways to get more from the existing space. To that end, he and his team ended up finishing part of our basement.

It has been over a year since they finished our project and I am so glad that we did everything that Al suggested. The house feels much more like home now.

Since completion, I have called on Al a couple more times for jobs that were small. Al always responds quickly and he and his people always show up when they say and complete the work with excellent attention to detail. I am grateful that I now have a relationship with someone I trust and plan to call on them again when we do our bathrooms.

I highly recommend Al and Advance Construction Concepts without hesitation. I worked with Al to complete renovations on a 100 year old house, including two bathrooms, new floors and windows, building out a walk in closet, removing a wall and moving others to enlarge both bathrooms, adding recessed lights, plus some exterior work, and painting inside and out. Throughout, Al was very communicative and responsive, and was personally on site every day to oversee the work. He laid out a detailed proposal, and the cost was less expensive than other contractors. Because of this, I was able to accomplish much more with my budget than I had anticipated.
Al pays close attention to staying on budget and even cautions you when you're making expensive choices, such as fancy tile or
fixtures. Also of note, the work was completed in 5 weeks, even though I added scope towards the end. This is not a company that you have to pester to finish the last 20 percent.
Al's attention to detail, good humor, and honest approach made the whole project and process enjoyable and not stressful. The end result is beautiful. I will call Al again for any future projects and so should you!
